We are Jamie and Katherine, and this is our family-owned business with a deep passion for all things poultry.

Nestled on the outskirts of Bath and surrounded by stunning Cotswold countryside, we’ve turned Jamie’s lifelong love of chickens into a thriving business that serves fellow poultry enthusiasts with top-quality birds and excellent customer service.

Jamie’s fascination with poultry began in childhood, and over the years, his passion has grown into a professional commitment. He has a particular fondness for rare breed chickens, especially the beautiful Orpington and the striking Silver Laced Wyandotte, which he’s dedicated to breeding and raising with care.

Katherine, on the other hand, is relatively new to the world of poultry but has quickly become an integral part of Burcombe’s Poultry. Currently studying Bioveterinary Science at university, Katherine brings a scientific approach to animal care and has developed a special affinity for ducks and emus. Her expertise in animal health and welfare ensures that all our birds are raised in optimal conditions.
